This is a very looked-after guitar, great copy of a P-90 Les Paul.
Not many of these instruments were built.
Great construction quality and sound.
Main feature of this guitar is the sound: so woody yet defined, compressed, jazzy, never invasive but with balanced tone and volume.
The neck sound is just perfect.
As always, also the contruction details are worth mentioning, such as the fret binding, panchake construction, long tenon, jacaranda fingerboard....
The P-90 are told to be original: actually the components have the same model number, such as the pickup cover and plate.
Same resistance value is read from the coil as well.
This came with some scratches and the fret edge binding sligthly detached in some points, but this did not prevent it to be one of my main guitars.
Here is a side-by-side with the PE-R100, another tone monster.
