This is a ST-600D model, that was produced only for a couple of years around 1980. Others Japanese guitar manufacturers like Greco produced this model, since Jeff Beck used a similar Fender model in a famous concert in Japan (1978).
This is a great sounding guitar: along with the classical ST model features, it has the DiMarzio FS-1 pickups, providing a very mellow yet defined sound along with the rosewood neck, in comparison to the Greco SE600J and SE800J models that had custom pickups.
In addition, most Greco guitars were produced by Matsumoku, that is, they are the same guitar but the ST-600D has the FS-1!
This is how it looks like
Here is a comparison with the sister , ST-500D, which has the same pickup but a clearer sound, due to the maple neck.
