PE-R100 B

This is one of the top-guitars of this Aria Pro II collection, a '82 classy PE-R100 with elegant black finish.

For the PE-R series, the higher is the model number the rarer is the instrument: the PE-R100 was produced only for two years and is very rare;

It has superior construction and details, the 3-ply binding being only one remarkable sign.

Ebony fingerboard and mother of pearl inlays are included features.

Carved body and heel-less cutaway are distinctive for the PE series and are the evidence of the high quality of these instruments.

Worth to be noted that there is more carving job on the models PE-R100 , PE-R150 and PE-200, contributing to the original higher price for them.

In particular, this rare black version has a red binding, I never seen on any other guitar, which covers all the instrument including the head.

The moghany neck provides an even better balance in the sounds palette achievable by this guitar compared to the maple sisters, so that, through the switches, almost any timber can be obtained, providing for one of the most versatile Arias.

The "Classic Power"  humbuckers, common to all the high-end PE models (starting from PE-R80), are mounted also here: these are the well known MMK-75.
